… in a couple of weeks, and wondered if my Vibram Bikilas would do the job?
I like them for walking and running, and can’t afford a new pair of shoes, so it would be them or a pair of Adidas running shoes or Nike running shoes. Or no shoes!
What do you think, Vibram fans?
… in Tynemouth this afternoon. Perfect weather for it. G&Ts ahoy!

… Because once again OH and I have run out of money, so my diet is far from exemplary at the moment, as I live on stuff scavenged from the cupboards and fruit.
Yesterday, for example, was an oh so not nutritious day of - 2 bananas, 2 apples, 2 mandarins, a bag of carrot batons, a tub of hummus, some pease pudding, two slices of fresh bread, a handful of tortilla crisps, and half a tin of mushy peas. Oh, and a G&T at the theatre.
The day before was smoothie - 1 grapefruit, 1 navel orange, 1/2 a canary melon - super delicious! 2 bananas, 2 apples, 2 mandarins, 1 sweet potato with hummus, and then a picnic of - carrot batons, hummus, fresh bread, tortilla crisps, pease pudding, salad, and red wine.
It’s a hard-knock life! Not very raw at all. Sigh. I suppose to some people this would be their version of fairly healthy though - I shan’t beat myself up - when you’re skint, you’re skint!
